2019 Christmas Tree Email Response Protocol

The Customer Support Team will respond to emails coming from [email protected] one of the following ways:


  1. One of the Customer Support team members will respond directly to the email with solutions, suggestions, or a request to for clarification on the issue in question.

  2. In the event that a great deal of trouble-shooting is required and the customer provides their phone number in the initial email, a team member may call the customer to provide the best possible customer service.
