- The team will use sprint planning to commit to a set of stories achievable within a sprint.
- The team will work to create and abide to a shared definition of done.
- The team will maintain an open project board of in progress, completed and backlog user stories.
- The team will work with the Product Owner to groom and break down user stories as the project permits.
- The vendor team will provide a scrum master for the agile ceremonies.
- The team will have an agenda for sprint ceremonies.
- The sprint review will show working software and discuss which planned stories were completed and not.
- The USFS CIO team, FS product ownership and vendors will participate in retros together.
- The team will engage in story estimation to ensure that sprint commitments are in line with estimated team velocity which will be reported during sprint review.
